MKHONDO ANNUAL MATRIC PRAYER AT SIPHOKUHLE SECONDARY SCHOOL AT KWA-NGEMA, WARD 03 AND VUKUBONE SECONDARY SCHOOL AT SAUL MKHIZE VILLE, WARD 18

The Executive Mayor of Mkhondo Local Municipality, Cllr. Ngelosi Ndhlovu, in collaboration with local pastors – Pastor Sfiso Phakathi, Pastor Sipho Nhleko, and Ward Councillors kick started with the Mkhondo Annual Matric Prayer, visiting two Schools today.

First session of the prayer was held at Siphokuhle Secondary School, located at Kwa-Ngema under Ward Councillor – Cllr. MN Mbatha in Ward 03.

This initiative aims to provide encouragement and motivation for our future leaders as they prepare to write their 2024 final examinations. The event is designed to inspire confidence and instill a sense of purpose among the leaners, reminding them of the community’s support during this critical time.

During the sessions, the Executive Mayor also gifted sanitary supplies and toiletries to the learners as a gesture of goodwill, demonstrating a commitment to their well-being.

The Acting School Principal of each School, Cebisile Luthuli – Acting Principal of Siphokuhle Secondary School, and Acting Principal of Vukubone Secondary School  were in attendance in their respective schools, together with members of the School Governing Body, Educators, and delegated Municipal Officials, highlighting the collective efforts to uplift the learners.

Second session of the prayer was held at Vukubone Secondary School, located at Saul Mkhize Ville under Ward Councillor – Cllr. Maisela in Ward 18.
