Today, on 10 April 2025, Mkhondo Local Municipality conducted its 2025/26 Integrated Development Plan (IDP) and Budget consultation meeting at Sthuli Hleza Community Hall, located in Ward 12.
The meeting was presided over by Ward Councillor, Cllr. Muzi Mhlanga.
The primary objective of the meeting was to engage with the community regarding their service delivery needs, as outlined in the previous IDP document, and to discuss any additions or removals based on the achievements of the Ward.
Furthermore, eligible residents were encouraged to register for the indigent programme to ensure they continue to receive essential services without interruption.
Supporting the meeting were Community Development Workers, Ward Committee Members, and officials deployed by the Mkhondo Local Municipality.
