On 09 April 2025, Mkhondo Local Municipality held its second and final 2025/26 IDP and Budget meeting of the day at Mahlaphahlapha Traditional Council in Ward 01.
The meeting proceedings were conducted by the Ward 01 Councillor, Cllr. Nosipho Sangweni.
In support of the meeting, attendees included the PR Councillor, Cllr. MJ Dlamini, Senior Manager of Environmental Management and Social Development, Mr. Vusiwe Dube; the Senior Manager for Electrical Services, Mr. Alfred Mambane; Community Development Workers, Ward Committee Members, the Office of the Speaker, and the Communications Unit.
