On 01 April 2025, the office of the Speaker led by Cllr. MZ Ngwenya, conducted a workshop for councillors at the Municipal Council Chambers.
The workshop included presentations on the following topics: the 2025/2026 Draft Budget and IDP, the 2025/2026 Funding Plan, and Tuckshop Bylaws.
The session was presided over by MMC for Corporate Services, Cllr. Mthandeni Mkhabela.
The main aim of the workshop is to capacitate councillors on the above important topics and further enhance service delivery within communities.
The session was honoured by the presence of the Municipal Manager, Mthandeni Mkhonza, and other key Municipal officials.
