The Speaker of the Mpumalanga Provincial Legislature, Lindi Masina, along with the Speaker of Mkhondo Local Municipality, Cllr. Mduduzi Ngwenya, took the initiative to host a meet and greet with local pastors from the Mkhondo Local Municipality and surrounding areas. The purpose of this gathering was to address socio-religious challenges and service delivery issues that the pastors are currently facing within the Mkhondo community.
And to reinforce the partnership between local government and religious leaders, ultimately enhancing community development and service delivery in Mkhondo.
This meeting proved to be highly successful, as various challenges were discussed and brought to the attention of both Speakers. An agreement was reached between the Speakers and the pastors, highlighting a collaborative approach to tackling these pressing issues.
The session took place at the Mkhondo Local Municipality Council Chambers, fostering a spirit of unity and cooperation among community leaders.
