NOTICE IN TERMS OF SECTION 127 OF THE MUNICIPAL FINANCE - MUNICIPAL NOTICE NO: 21/04/06-2021
The 2019/20 Draft Annual Report of Mkhondo Local Municipality have been submitted to the Municipal Council in terms of section 127(2) of the Municipal Finance Management Act, 56 of 2003 (MFMA) at its meeting held on 26 May 2021.
Members of the community are invited to submit written representations/comments on the Draft Annual Report to the Municipal Manager by no later than 12:00 on Friday 25th June 2021

Mkhondo Local Municipality hereby invites the public to inspect the 2021/22 Final Budget at the Municipal Offices as per the requirements of the Municipal Budget and Reporting Regulations.
Copies of the Approved Final Budget will be available at the Town Hall Municipal Office (Reception Area) and other Municipal Strategic places attached.

Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 21A read with 25(4) of the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act, No. 32 of 2000 (as amended) that Mkhondo Local Municipality has adopted its Final IDP for 2021-2022, on its council meeting that sat on the 26th of May 2021.
The final IDP 2021/2022 documents will be available for inspection on the Mkhondo Municipal website www.mkhondo.gov.za and on the Municipal strategic venues attached
