South African National Roads Agency Limited (SANRAL) together with Mkhondo Local Municipality were having a stakeholders engagement session today.
This session, held under the theme "Transforming the Mpumalanga economy, one kilometre at a time"
The aim was to foster dialogue between SANRAL, local municipality, businesses, and traditional leadership. SANRAL, an agency of the National Department of Transport, addressed the need to empower local businesses and also informed stakeholders in attendance on the agency's contribution to infrastructure development in the region.
