Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 127 (5) of the Municipal Finance Management Act, Act 56 of 2003 and Section 21 (a) of the Municipal Systems Act, Act 32 of 2000 which requires municipalities to publicize their Annual Report and invite the public to make representations or public comments on the report after it has been tabled in Council meeting.
