Mkhondo municipality is owed over R485 million it’s consumers. Numerous attempts over the years have been made to recover outstanding debt with little success.
The Municipal Council under council item No.20/06/407A has approved a Debt Rehabilitation Programme.
The incentive period will be open for a period of 3 months from the month of July 2020- September 2020.
