Mkhondo Local Municipality hereby gives notice, that in terms of Chapter 5 Section 24 of the Spatial Planning Land use Management Act of 2013 (SPLUMA) read in conjunction with Chapter 3 Section 15 (1) and (2) of the Mkhondo Local Municipality Land Use Management By-Law of 2016 that it intends to prepare a wall to wall Land Use Scheme.
