Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 21A read with Section 98 (1-2) of the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act, No. 32 of 2000 (as amended) that Mkhondo Local Municipality has adopted the 2019 Water Services By- Laws. The By- Laws documents will be available for inspection, inputs & comments, at Mkhondo Municipal offices during office hours, from the 17 December 2019 until 18 January 2020, and at the Municipal strategic places, as attached.
