Mkhondo Local Municipality hereby invites the public to inspect the 2021/22 Draft Budget at the Municipal Offices as per the requirements of the Municipal Budget and Reporting Regulations which reads “within ten workings days after the municipal council has approved draft budget, the Municipal Manager must in accordance with Section 21(A) of the Municipal Systems Act, make public the approved draft budget and supporting documentation’’, as well as the resolutions referred to in regulation 25(3).

Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 21A read with 25(4) of the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act, No. 32 of 2000 (as amended) that Mkhondo Local Municipality has adopted its Draft IDP and Budget for 2021-2022, on its council meeting that sat on the 26th of March 2021.
The draft IDP and Budget 2021/2022 documents will be available for inspection on the Mkhondo Municipal website www.mkhondo.gov.za and at the attached municipal strategic venues.

Notice is hereby given of the adoption of the Mkhondo Land Use Scheme, by the Mkhondo Municipal Council, in terms of Section 24(1) of the Spatial Planning and Land Use Management Act (Act No. 16 of 2013).
Mkhondo Land Use Scheme was adopted by the Municipal Council on 25th of February 2021 as per Council Resolution number 21/01/458A.
Mkhondo Land Use Scheme 2021 will come into operation on the date of the publication

Notice is hereby given of the adoption of the Mkhondo Spatial Development Framework, by the Mkhondo Municipal Council, in terms of Section 20(1) of the Spatial Planning and Land Use Management Act (Act No. 16 of 2013).
Mkhondo Spatial Development Framework was adopted by the Municipal Council on 25th of February 2021 as per Council Resolution number 21/01/459A.
Mkhondo Spatial Development Framework 2021 will come into operation on the date of the publication.
