Notice is hereby given of the adoption of the Mkhondo Land Use Scheme, by the Mkhondo Municipal Council, in terms of Section 24(1) of the Spatial Planning and Land Use Management Act (Act No. 16 of 2013).

Mkhondo Land Use Scheme was adopted by the Municipal Council on 25^th of February 2021 as per Council Resolution number 21/01/458A.

Mkhondo Land Use Scheme 2021 will come into operation on the date of the publication

Notice is hereby given of the adoption of the Mkhondo Spatial Development Framework, by the Mkhondo Municipal Council, in terms of Section 20(1) of the Spatial Planning and Land Use Management Act (Act No. 16 of 2013).

Mkhondo Spatial Development Framework was adopted by the Municipal Council on 25^th of February 2021 as per Council Resolution number 21/01/459A.

Mkhondo Spatial Development Framework 2021 will come into operation on the date of the publication.

The Speaker of Mkhondo Municipal Council, honourable Cllr Thembelihle Nkosi hereby gives notice in terms of Section 19 (a) of the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act, No. 32 of 2000 that an Ordinary Council meeting of the Mkhondo Local Municipality will be held in the Municipal Council Chamber, situated at 33 Cnr Mark & Dewet Street, eMkhondo on Friday, 26 March 2021 at 10h00.
