IN PICTURES || Cllr GV Radebe officially takes his oath of office in the Municipal Council
On 25 March 2026, the Mkhondo Local Municipality formally sworn in Cllr. GV Radebe as the Proportional Representative Councillor for Ward 05 at the Municipal Boardroom.
The oath of office was constitutionally and legislatively administered by Piet Retief Magistrate, D.R. Nxumalo.
During the ceremony, the Speaker of Council, Cllr. Mduduzi Ngwenya, welcomed Cllr. Radebe and outlined the roles, responsibilities, and procedures associated with council service. He further offered words of encouragement as the Councillor embarks on this new journey of public service.
