Today, 04 February 2026, The Executive Mayor, Cllr. Ngelosi Ndhlovu, honored an invitation to attend the 2026 Mkhondo East Circuit Awards, an event dedicated to recognising and celebrating academic excellence among top-performing learners.
The awards ceremony brought together government leaders, educators, learners, and key stakeholders, highlighting the collective commitment to quality education. Notably, Mkhondo East Circuit achieved an impressive position in the province and in the district for the Class of 2025 pass rate.
Through strong intergovernmental collaboration, the Municipality remains steadied in promoting education as a cornerstone for sustainable community development and future success.
