In the morning, Municipal Management and the Audit Committee met at the Municipal Council Chambers to discuss key matters affecting the municipality, focusing on governance, financial oversight, and administrative performance. Practical strategies were highlighted to strengthen governance systems and improve service delivery.
Later that day, the Revenue Enhancement Steering Committee addressed financial matters, reviewing the budgeting, funding plan, and Revenue Enhancement Report to boost revenue collection, ensure financial sustainability, and enhance service delivery.
