On Day 1, 14 January 2026, the Speaker of Council – Cllr. MZ Ngwenya, officially introduced the newly elected Ward 14 Councillor – Cllr. NNS Motha, to the community of Thembalabasha in Ward 14.
On Day 2, 15 January 2026 as well, the Speaker of Council – Cllr. MZ Ngwenya, officially introduced Cllr Motha to the community of Harmony Park as part of Ward 14.
Cllr Motha was elected in December during the By-elections held at Harmony Park under Mkhondo Local Municipality.
The engagement formed part of strengthening local governance and fostering collaboration between Council and the communities.
