Mkhondo Local Municipality’s Executive Mayor, Cllr. Ngelosi Ndhlovu, and Members of the Mayoral Committee, spread joy to new families at Piet Retief Provincial Hospital on Christmas Day, 25 December 2025.
The delegation presented baby hampers to three newborns – two girls and one boy – born on Christmas Day, as well as two babies born on December 24.
Cllr. Ndhlovu praised the hospital staff for their dedication to providing quality care, saying, “Your commitment and professionalism are truly making a difference.”
The visit was supported by the newly elected Ward 14 Councillor – Cllr. NNS Motha and officials from the Office of the Executive Mayor.
