Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 21A read with 25(4) of the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act, No. 32 of 2000 (as amended) that Mkhondo Local Municipality has adopted its Final Integrated Development Plan(IDP) and Budget for 2023-2024, on its council meeting that sat on the 31st of May 2023.
The final IDP 2022-2027 and Final Budget 2022- 2023 documents will be available for inspection on the Mkhondo Municipal website www.mkhondo.gov.za and on the attached Municipal strategic venues.

MKHONDO LOCAL MUNICIPALITY SPECIAL ADJUSTMENT BUDGET FOR 2022/2023 - MUNICIPAL NOTICE NO:10-06/04/2023
Mkhondo Local Municipality hereby invites the public to inspect the 2022/23 Special Adjustment Budget at the Municipal Offices as per the requirements of the Municipal Budget and Reporting Regulations which reads “within ten workings days after the municipal council has approved Special Adjustment Budget, the Municipal Manager must in accordance with Section 21(A) of the Municipal Systems Act, make public the approved draft budget and supporting documentation’’, as well as the resolutions referred to in regulation 25(3).
Copies of the Approved Special Adjustment Budget will be available at the Municipal offices/town hall (Reception Area),Town Library, SaulMkhize Ville (Municipal buildings), and Amsterdam offices or alternatively they maybe perused at Mkhondo Municipal Offices (Finance Department ) during office hours from 08:00 am to 16:00 pm.
